On Tuesday, when the temperature dropped to minus 62 degrees, the device was broken in severe cold. Two people died in this adverse weather. Authorities announced the closure of the school and ordered everyone to stay inside the house.

The intensity of the cold is so much that the residents of the village are falling on their eyes. Residents have posted pictures of snow in their eyes on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. A video shared on Twitter shows that if you throw a cup of hot water out of the window, it can be seen as ice.
